Longmen processing center operating procedures

1. The operator should be familiar with and master the performance and characteristics of the gantry processing center machine. Ensure that the emergency stop switch can function quickly and effectively in case of emergency to avoid injury accidents；

2. Wear labor protective equipment according to regulations, and do not wear gloves；

3. When the equipment is working, do not touch the electronic switch with wet hands to avoid electric shock. Do not touch any moving parts with your hands；

4. Do not place tools or non-processed work pieces in gantry machining centers or on moving objects；

5. The computer desk or work table beside the machine must be strong and not placed on the moving parts；

6. When loading and unloading the workpiece, the machine should be stopped first, and pay attention to the workpiece and the tool to keep a proper distance. When the machine is running, do not open the front door and left and right cover arbitrarily to avoid injury；

7. After setting the tool, please RUN it on DRY RUN first to make sure the program is correct；

8. When shutting down after power failure or emergency stop, the three axes should be restored to mechanical position；

9. The travel switch or any protective switch related parts shall not be removed without authorization；

10. Before leaving the machine, turn off the control power switch and the main switch of the electrical box on the operation panel.
