Precautions after CNC machining

CNC machining center is mainly used for mold, insert and other key parts of the mold and copper processing. The quality of mold and insert directly determines the quality of mold forming part. The processing quality of copper directly constrains the influence of EDM processing. For CNC machining quality assurance, the key lies in the preparation before processing, in this position, in addition to have rich processing experience and mold knowledge, in the work should also pay attention to good communication, especially with the production team, colleagues communication.

1) Confirm that each procedure and instruction required by the procedure sheet has been completed.

2) After the completion of processing, it is necessary to check whether the shape of the workpiece meets the requirements. At the same time, the size of the workpiece should be self-checked according to the spare parts drawing or the process drawing, and mistakes should be found timely.

3) Check whether there is any abnormality in each position of the workpiece. If there is any doubt, please inform the leader of NC.

4) The team leader, programmer and production leader shall be notified when the larger workpiece is disembarked.

5) Pay attention to safety when unloading the workpiece, especially when unloading the larger workpiece, protect the workpiece and NC machine.
